This roasted asparagus wheat berry salad with arugula pistachio pesto – hooooly moooooly, it’s so beautiful!

These super rich & fudgy GF brownies – dang, girl! Look at that fudginess. YES.

This lemon & rosemary hummus – LOVE that flavor combo, so fresh.

Speaking of lemon…this lemon cake – umm, prettiest cake I’ve ever seen. That piping though!

These soft granola bars – made them last week and they’re super tasty!

THIS. Chia pudding of my dreams.

Overcoming internet jealousy.

Ugh. I love In-N-Out. Animal-style ALWAYS.

My go-to breakfast right now (in case you were curious): toasted oats (cooked in water! This is a new development – usually I cook it in almond milk), unsweetened vanilla almond milk poured on top, fruit, coconut sugar, almonds or walnuts. Sometimes chocolate.
